Original Halabala Nesting Tables – Bauhaus Modernism (1930s)

This elegant set of three nesting tables was designed by Jindřich Halabala for UP Brno in the 1930s. Halabala was the chief designer at the Brno-based furniture manufacturer UP Závody, and his extensive portfolio of outstanding designs in the Bauhaus and functionalist modernist styles is widely recognized.
