Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The period begins on the day you or a person authorized by you receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, a simple declaration by e-mail or letter is sufficient:

Effects of Withdrawal

We will refund all payments within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof of return.

Returns

You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of the withdrawal.
You bear the cost of returning the goods.

For freight shipments, return costs typically range between EUR 150 and EUR 650, depending on size, weight, distance and carrier.
The organisation and commissioning of the return transport is carried out by the customer.

You are only liable for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to assess the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

International Orders

For deliveries outside the European Union, a right of withdrawal applies only where required by local consumer law.
In all cases, the customer bears the cost and risk of international returns.
