This table lamp follows the clear formal language of Classical Modernism and stands in the tradition of the International Style, where structural precision and reduction form a natural unity. Balanced proportions between shade and base, combined with a restrained construction, give it a calm and composed presence.

In contrast, the adjustable hexagonal shade is made of finely crafted parchment. The visible stitching emphasizes its geometric structure while reflecting the care of its making. The light is softly diffused and evenly distributed, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere.

The shaft and cantilevered arm in flat steel, together with the nickel-plated brass frame, are deliberately reduced in construction. An integrated pull switch is unobtrusively incorporated.

In its approach and technical clarity, the lamp can be read as a reference to the work of Walter von Nessen and to the American-European modernism of the 1920s and 1930s.

The lamp is made by hand in a workshop on request, with careful attention to material, proportion and detail. It is also available with a round parchment shade.
