Mid-Century Daybed by Miroslav Navrátil

This elegant daybed was designed in the 1960s by Czechoslovak architect Miroslav Navrátil and produced by Interier Praha. It features a light and functional form typical of Mid-Century Modern design. The original fabric upholstery with its lively 1960s pattern is in excellent and almost unused condition.

The frame is made of stained, lacquered and polished beechwood. Slightly angled legs emphasize the slender silhouette, while the backrest, seamlessly integrated into the upholstered body, showcases Navrátil’s signature style.
