custom wardrobe cabinet inspired by Classical Modernism

This newly crafted wardrobe cabinet is inspired by Prague modernist furniture designs of the 1930s. Rounded body forms, polished stainless steel corner profiles and distinctive circular handles define its appearance.

The example shown here is finished in birch veneer. The dark lines running across the surface refer to traditional decorative techniques dating back to the 18th century. Applied by hand with a brush, they give each cabinet its own individual character.

Production takes place in a workshop specialising in the conservation and restoration of furniture from the Classical Modern period. Many manufacturing steps are carried out by hand and follow traditional methods and historical construction principles.

The cabinet shown here serves as an example. Dimensions, interior layouts, veneers, colours and finishes can be adapted to individual requirements. Versions with lacquered surfaces or alternative materials are also available.

Its clear lines, balanced proportions and careful craftsmanship reflect the spirit of Prague Modernism. Individual production allows for a wide range of configurations while preserving the charm of its historical inspirations.
